Student Governing Bodies
Student Government Association (SGA)
Comprised of the Student Senate and the House of OrganizationsThe Student Government Association serves as the voice for all the students at Utica College by listening to student issues and concerns. The two Student Government Association entities meet every other Wednesday to discuss topics ranging from funding proposals to organization recognition.
Residence Hall Association (RHA)
Comprised of Hall Councils from each Residence HallResidence Hall Association is the governing board for the residential community. The RHA works to make improvements to the campus community and provide programming that brings each of the residence halls together.
Inter Greek Council (IGC)
Comprised of representatives from each Greek-lettered organizationThe Inter-Greek Council of Utica College is the governing body of all Greek organizations recognized by the college. It supports constructive educational and inspirational recruitment programs, and asserts its opposition to mental or physical abuse connected to initiation activities. The IGC welcomes all incoming students and encourages students to join one of the recognized organizations in a great tradition of philanthropy, service, and socialization.
Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
Comprised of representatives from each athletic teamUtica College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight on the student-athlete experience. The SAAC also offers input on the rules, regulations, and policies that affect student-athletes' lives on NCAA member institution campuses.
